PROHIBITED WASTE

Important Guidelines

To ensure that we meet the state government’s regulations for safe and effective waste management, hazardous materials like asbestos and toxic or flammable liquids, must not be placed in our skip bins. A few of our clients have experienced bin fires as a result of placing such items in their skip bin, which is a fire risk to property.

Please note that we are not licensed to handle prohibited substances and, if they appear in any of our bins, we will give you the option to retrieve the prohibited item(s) or to pay the cost of a specialist contactor to legally dispose of the offending item(s).

The cost of handling prohibited substances, plus a handling fee, will be passed onto the offending client.
